ORDERS AND DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We do our best to get your order to you the next day. However, we do not guarantee this and may take 2/5 days.

  2. On the day of delivery, your order will arrive between the times 07:00AM and 19:00PM. If you are having your order delivered to a work place etc 

  3. All orders WILL be LEFT at the address you specified for delivery.

  4. If no safe place is specified in the comments box above it will be left in a safe place chosen by the delivery driver.

  5. Our courier will only deliver to the address you have specified.

  6. Please do not send requests for your order to be left with a neighbour or at a second address if you are out.

  7. Delivery drivers are not obligated to call you before delivery. Please do not rely on a phone call from the delivery driver regarding your delivery etc. FEDEX use a tracking system which allows you to track your order and delivery time etc online.

  8. Please provide your mobile number and you will receive a text on the morning of delivery with your one hour delivery time slot.

  9. Dogs Choice Raw Food will not be held responsible for replacing, returning or refunding any orders and/or products that you wish to cancel that have already left our premises. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us before we ship your order.

  10. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you have given us the correct delivery address and postcode. If the address or postcode is given to us incorrectly and your order is shipped with FEDEX to the incorrect address then We will not be held responsible for replacing or refunding any lost or disposed items.
